Larger than the 2209; great sink, but watch the drain placement in cabinet. The Kohler 2210 is a great replacement bathroom sink, and it’s slightly larger than the 2209 sink. When I had new bathroom countertops done in granite, I needed to buy an undermount sink (it’s easier to clean a countertop when you can just sweep stuff into a sink that doesn’t have a lip). The 2210 is simply the big brother to the 2209, as the 2210 has interior sink dimensions of 17″ x 14″ (versus the 15″ x 12″ of the 2209). Since my master bath has sufficient counter space, opting for the bigger sink was a simple choice for me. All I had to do was measure my cabinets to make sure the sink would fit.For someone making a choice between the 2209 and this larger 2210, you need to make sure that this sink will fit your cabinet and take into consideration the sink drain. Because of how the sink is centered in the cabinet and whether you have a wall or drawers underneath, it’s possible that this sink could be too big. In my case, it fits with a few…
I’m shocked I have to write a bad product review about a Kohler sink but here I … I’m shocked I have to write a bad product review about a Kohler sink but here I am. Both sinks I bought do not completely drain. There is always a puddle of water left around the drain. If you don’t wipe it up every time you use it’s going to stain the porcelain. I can’t easily return these as they’re already installed. I can save someone from making the same mistake I did. Do not buy these sinks unless you don’t mind wiping out the sink every time you use it. Shame on you Kohler.
