Powerful Electric Hammer that Broke 10 Inches of Concrete This hammer is awesome. While not a commercial grade tool, it is perfect for a homeowner. It easily broke through ten inches of concrete that I needed to remove The hammer is heavy but I considered other demolition hammers listed on Amazon and the reviewers often said the hammer’s housings were made out of plastic. This hammer is mostly metal and appears to be well made. Before using it, I suggest that you look at YouTube videos on electric demolition hammers. They all work basically the same. YouTube will show you how to attach the bull point, how to add oil, what type of oil to use, routine maintenance and how to properly and safely use the hammer. While this hammer cost a little more than other hammers listed on Amazon, it is well made and powerful. I would recommend it. One last thing. I contacted the seller three times with product questions. In each instance, the seller responded quickly. The buying experience was excellent.
Most efficient tool ever I’ve been using this to demolish about 60 feet of concrete sidewalk in our back yard and had originally planned on renting a full blown jackhammer to do the job. But given the size of the job and just how long we would need to rent one to complete the job – considering there’s also another 3 or 400 square feet of patio that will be coming out as well – I decided to buy this tool instead. There is a pretty steep but thankfully short learning curve if you’ve never used anything like this before, and I’m happy to say that this product worked extremely well for the 4′ to 5″ thick concrete we were demoing. And the longer I used it, the more quickly I was able to get through each section.This is the most efficient tool I’ve ever bought. Great workhorse Used it to demolish concrete around inground swimming pool.. 4-8 inches of concrete.. heavy duty and just keeps going… had to do a little research on lubrication when I couldn’t find what was recommended but with the internet no big deal..And the price is great. They wanted $52 for three hours here locally tomrent. I used this, took my sweet time because of my age and can sell at the end.
